Tour Booking

When you book a tour with us, you enter into a binding contract. The contract is not formed until we confirm your booking in writing and issue a confirmation invoice. The lead traveler assumes responsibility for payment for all parties in the booking.

Pricing and Payment

All prices displayed on our website are per person, based on double occupancy, and in the specified currency. Prices are subject to change until your booking is confirmed. Full payment is required by the date specified in your booking confirmation. For bookings made within 60 days of departure, full payment is required at the time of booking.

Deposits

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. The amount of the deposit will be specified during the booking process and in your booking confirmation.

Taxes and Fees

Prices may not include all applicable taxes, government fees, and service charges. These additional costs will be clearly communicated before your booking is confirmed.

Rights and Responsibilities

Your Responsibilities

When using our services, you are responsible for:

• Ensuring you have valid travel documents, including passports, visas, and health certificates required for your journey
• Obtaining appropriate travel insurance to cover your trip
• Adhering to the laws and regulations of countries you visit
• Respecting local customs, cultures, and environments
• Following the guidance and instructions of tour leaders and guides
• Being physically fit enough for your chosen tour activities
• Informing us of any medical conditions, dietary requirements, or special needs before booking

Our Rights and Responsibilities

We strive to provide high-quality travel services but reserve the right to:

• Modify or cancel tours due to circumstances beyond our control
• Change accommodations, transportation, or activities to equivalent alternatives
• Remove any traveler from a tour whose behavior is disruptive, inappropriate, or poses a risk to themselves or others
• Take and use photographs or videos of tours for promotional purposes, unless you specifically request not to be included

Limitation of Liability

Our liability for claims not involving personal injury, illness or death is limited to twice the cost of your tour. These limitations apply to all claims, regardless of the form of action, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise.

Nothing in these Terms seeks to exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
